The SFF (Singapore Food Festival) first day is lunch at Chinatown Food Street on 11 July. The whole street will be decorated with past rich tradition Chinatown characters such as coolies and samsui women. Pamper in Chinese dialect dishes like Hakka Yong Tau Foo, Hakka Red Glutinous Wine Chicken, Teochew Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts, Hainanese Herbal Mutton Soup, Cantonese Pig Trotter in Vinegar & Ginger,Teochew Pig Trotter Jelly, Hokkein Kong Bak Pau, also with Hakka Rickshaw Noodles. One funny & amazing things here you find that your dinner table will made in sands, yeah, this is very exciting & have dinner in open fresh white-sandy beach.
